Built in 1926, this 67 foot tower rests on a cliff 130 feet above sea level. It generates two million candlepower of light which is focused through a handcrafted five-foot lens made in Paris in 1886. The light can be seen twenty miles at sea. Photograph by Hubert A. McClain.
