Emperor 41-54 CE. Nephew of Tiberius. Emperor Claudius was afflicted with stammering and a tic as well as a limb. It is not know what afflicted him but it is speculated that he had cerebral palsey or tourette's syndrome. It is speculated that he may have magnified his disabilities as a means of survival.
