This figure is a harpist of the same period from the Cyclades. Although the subject is more complex than that of the former figures, there is no mistaking the geometric simplification that is applied to the forms, where legs, arms and torso are reduced to simple cylinders.
The harp was probably topped by a bird's head, which the artist has indicated with great economy of line. The elongated head is similar to the head we have just examined, but here we see a side view.
