After the Japaese attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7th 1941 the American congress passed Order 9066 whih established 10 internment or relocation camps where over 110,000 Japanese-Americans would be interned. This tiny suitcase was made by Matsusuburo Hibi for her daughter to carry from the San Franisco Bay area to the relocation vamp in Topaz, Utah.
